Your warranty will go into Hansgrohe within 24 hours or less from when we receive it, when the warranty part is in stock, and ready to ship Hansgrohe will send to us a confirmation number. We will immediately send that confirmation number to the email that submitted the warranty. The confirmation from Hansgrohe can take from a few days to several weeks depending upon when it is processed and if it's in stock, Ultimate Marketing has no other access to when the confirmation will be generated. If our office has the part you can choose expedited shipping which is usually only a day or two but requires a shipping fee of $12.00.
